Lost Odyssey

Lost Odyssey is an RPG for the Xbox 360. The main character is an immortal named Kaim.

I might be in the minority on this, but I think this guy is hot. He has an interesting look to him in part because the characters for this game were designed by Takehiko Inoue, the creator of the Slam Dunk manga series. He looks a little manlier in the face than your traditional Final Fantasy hero.

Even though these characters were together in Teen Titans, the following scan actually comes from Superman/Batman. It's from issue #26 (a very special issue of this series) and it was drawn by Jim Lee.

The first pic is the original scan as it appeared in the book and the second is a smaller, textless version.

Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core

The Final Fantasy games are known for their hot guys. Each game from VII on has had a very attractive protagonist (XI is sort of excluded because it's an MMO).

Kamikaze

Kamikaze is a sometimes violent, seinen manga series by Satoshi Shiki. It just finished its run in the U. S. through TOKYOPOP.

The main male character of this manga is Kamuro Ishigami. I think this guy is an unsung hottie. Here's some more artwork of him:
