Here are some promo artwork of the upcoming Voltron: Defenders of the Universe adapation. By the looks of it, it might end up like the Transformers movies... eye candy at its finest! Hope they would place some dark elements found in the original Japanese anime, GoLion... or not.
Voltron: The Defenders of the Universe was based on Toei Animation's Beast King GoLion. Due to some censorship issues, some scenes where removed for the sake of the target audience. Here's some of those scenes compiled in this video.
