During the course of the Holy Week and until now, GMA Network has just revealed their newly acquired anime titles for their Astig Authority anime block along with some titles that will return for a new season.
Titles that will return for a new season are: Hayate the Combat Butler, Bleach, Doraemon and Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters.
Their new anime lineup included Jewel Pet, Scan 2 Go, Master Hamster, Kaasan Mom’s Life, Chibi Maruko-chan, Bakugan: Gundalian Invaders (the current series, Bakugan: New Vestroia is currently airing on a Saturday-Sunday schedule), and their major acquisition, Fairy Tail (pictured on top). Currently, Fairy Tail only aired on cable channels, namely Animax Asia and AXN Philippines.
It is fun to note that scenes from Jewel Pet, Scan 2 Go and Chibi Maruko-chan were featured in the ad.
Asides from that, according to one commercial, Pokemon: Advance Battle will also air in a Monday-Friday slot this May and along with, Flame of Recca returns for the nth time.
The last time Flame of Recca aired on the said network was last 2009.
