The July issue of Dengeki Bunko Magazine is announcing on that the Shakugan no Shana III FINAL will premiere on television this fall! More information will be available in future issues of Dengeki Bunko Magazine.
The first anime first aired on 2005 till 2006, the second anime first aired on 2007-2008 and an OVA called, Shakugan no Shana S was released on 2009-2010. All three animated features were animated by JC Staff.
Shakugan no Shana centers around Yuji Sakai, an ordinary Japanese high school boy who inadvertently becomes involved in a perpetual war between forces of balance and imbalance in existence. In the process, he befriends the title character: a fighter for the balancing force, whom he takes to calling "Shana."
