Cobs Online posted the results of two surveys, in which they asked their male and female users in their 20s which completed manga they want to continue. Here are the results in the said survey.
Among 657 female respondents in their 20s, these were the top choices:
1. Boys Over Flowers/Hana Yori Dango by Yoko Kamio - 28.5%
2. Slam Dunk by Takehiko Inoue - 22.8%
3. Nodame Cantabile by Tomoko Ninomiya - 20.9%
4. Baby & Me by Marimo Ragawa - 11.9%
5. Rurouni Kenshin by Nobuhiro Watsuki - 11.4%
Other manga female respondents answered they wanted to continue were Death Note, Honey and Clover, Fruits Basket, Hana-Kimi and Fullmetal Alchemist.
Among 277 male respondents in their 20s, these were the top choices:
1. Slam Dunk by Takehiko Inoue - 46.9%
2. Dragon Ball by Akira Toriyama - 15.2%
3. Rurouni Kenshin by Nobuhiro Watsuki - 13.0%
4. Yu Yu Hakusho by Yoshihiro Togashi - 10.8%
5. Death Note by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata - 10.5%
Other manga male respondents answered they wanted to continue were Touch, Hikaru no Go, Fullmetal Alchemist, Honey and Clover and Baby & Me.
