Batman and Tempest

Titans #15 features Dick Grayson's first appearance as Batman in the current series.  However, the issue really focuses on Tempest and the conversation between the two is appealing.

Jose Luis did the pencils for this issue while J. T. Krul wrote it.  Krul is also the current writer for Michael Turner's Fathom

Deathtrap

Deathtrap is a crossover storyline currently going on across Titans, Vigilante, and Teen Titans. The storyline began in Titans #12 and continues in Vigilante #5.  I've been enjoying it so far since I pretty much read all three titles. I hope that when it wraps up in May, it will be satisfying.

Below are two scans each from Titans and Vigilante.  The art from Titans was done by Angel Unzueta and Wayne Faucher while Tom Lyle and Scott Hanna did the art from Vigilante.

Titans #5

The current Titans series seems to love giving us the beefcake.  Julian Lopez is the penciller for issue #5 and it features some shirtless Nightwing.

All-Request Week: Artist Spotlight - Paul Pelletier

We're into day four of All-Request Week here at HFG and labdakos requested artwork by Paul Pelletier.  In particular, he mentioned a story from Titans:  Secret Files and Origins with Beast Boy and Cyborg.  Some scans from that story are included in this post along with some other art I was able to find.

Titans/Young Justice: Graduation Day

At the time stuff like Titans and Young Justice (as well as Teen Titans) were coming out, I was either not really into comics or into more Marvel/Ultimate Marvel stuff.  I say this to give you an idea why there has been quite a bit of this stuff on HFG.  I discovered it after the fact and I like the characters and (more often than not) the artwork.
Here's some scans from the Titans/Young Justice crossover mini-series Graduation Day:

Titans #3

I'm starting to like the artwork for this series a bit more. I mean, Trigon's quite hot in the flashback that opens the issue. Also, the guys with four eyes that end the issue are attractive (as attractive as guys with four red eyes can get anyway). At the same time, there's the love scene between Nightwing and Starfire that looks more awkward than hot.

Titans 2

Although the art's a little bit of a letdown after the hotness that was Titans #1, there is some good stuff to be found in Titans #2. Nightwing (as always), Red Arrow, and the Flash come out looking the best here. I'm not sure what to think of Beast Boy, though. Here are two scans from the issue.

Titans...Just Titans

Apparently, DC is trying their hand at another comic series with Titans in the name that isn't Teen Titans.

The new Titans team features several hotties: Nightwing, Beast Boy, Red Arrow, and current Flash Wally West. That alone makes me want to follow this series.

Here are a few scans from the first issue featuring Nightwing as well as some semi-nude Flash (check out this recent post at Shirtless Superheroes for some scans I didn't post):
