Absolute Boyfriend
Absolute Boyfriend (aka Zettai Kareshi) is a manga series by Yuu Watase, the creator of Fushigi Yuugi and Ayashi no Ceres. This story focuses on a girl who accidentally orders a robot that is the "perfect boyfriend." Of course, there's a twist as the robot actually develop real feelings of love for the girl. Not only does the robot love the girl but she also has a childhood friend that has feelings for her as well.
Yep, this is pure shoujo fantasy but it's one popular enough to garner a live-action drama adaptation in Japan and another live-action version to premiere in Taiwan. If you're interested in checking out the manga, it's available in America from Viz.

Ayashi no Ceres
Ayashi no Ceres (also known as Ceres: Celestial Legend) is a manga series by Yuu Watase, the same person behind Fushigi Yuugi. It tells the story of a girl who finds out she is the reincarnation of the celestial maiden Ceres and gains her powers.
This makes her an enemy of her own family who want to kill her, lest she bring ruin upon her family as Ceres is "destined" to do. She must figure out a way to save herself and her twin brother from death.
Like Fushigi Yuugi, Ayashi no Ceres also received an anime adaptation. However, all the artwork in this post is from the manga. Both the anime and the manga were released in the U.S. by Viz Media.

Fushigi Yuugi
Fushigi Yuugi is a manga created by Yuu Watase. It's the story of two best friends who are whisked into the universe of a book where they become dueling priestesses, each with their own group of protectors. The main character, Miaka, becomes the priestess of Suzaku and has a group of guys as her protectors. The guys of Fushigi Yuugi are among my earliest anime crushes.
This title has proved to pretty popular over the years. Apart from the original manga, there are a TV series, multiple OVA series, a series of novels, video games, and a prequel manga series. You can find the original manga from Viz. The anime was released by Geneon but as far as I know, it's out-of-print.
This post features artwork from all the various FY properties.
