Although I watched He-Man as a young kid, I didn't realize the appeal of the buff blond until I picked up the 2000-era comics and watched the most recent incarnation, Masters of The Universe.
Today's post features artwork from a 2002 short story called "Hope" with artwork by Enza Fortana. The style of art in this story is really interesting because it makes He-Man look huge, even for He-Man. Despite that, it's still very, very appealing.
Look for more Masters of The Universe comic art in the coming weeks and if anyone out there knows a good source of He-Man/Masters of The Universe cartoon art/screenshots, please let me know.
