Finally, the identity of the leader of the terrorist group NEVER is finally revealed! His name is Daido Katsumi. Like all the Riders found in W, he has his own catchphrase and that is, "Let's look forward to hell."
NEVER is a heinous terrorist group that does subversive activities around the world. Members began from its captain, Daido Katsumi (Picture above), Izumi Kyosui/Luna Dopant (portrayed by Sudo Genki, picture above) who makes full use of the whip, Habara Reika/Heat Dopant (portrayed by Yashiro Minase, picture above on a scene where she owned Sho! Ha! Ha!) which has the most agile bodily movements, Ashihara Ken/Trigger Dopant (portrayed by Masayuki Deai/Bouken Silver) a master in the use of guns & Domoto Tsuyoshi/Metal Dopant (portrayed by Nakamura Koji) which possessed superhuman strength. All 4 members transforms using their respective T2 Gaia Memory.

She tells Shotaro and Co. about the next generation Gaia Memories and the existence of Daido Kasumi and NEVER. However, when Phillip sees her, his fate will turn into a huge incident.
