To be exact his actor, Yuuki Kuroda who originally plays Junichi Shimura/Kamen Rider Glaive/Albino Joker on Kamen Rider Blade: MISSING ACE and later reprised his role in Kamen Rider Decade's Nega World Arc as Junichi Kaito, Daiki Kaito/Kamen Rider Diend's older brother, now has his own blog and he is promoting it on his YouTube channel!
Most fans knew him well as Daiki's creepy older brother that gave birth to the Junichi Face Meme (which is still popular even after the series ended) which is dubbed as the Ultimate Tokusatsu Troll Face. It even has a fanpage and a shirt available online. Asides from his appearance on Kamen Rider, back when he was kid, he appeared on Kosukou Sentai Turboranger!
As for his blog, he still creeps me out. The background music, the colors and the fact that he is SMILING while saying his message, really creeps me out!
