After Cyclops' cameo in Marvel Anime: Wolverine, it is obvious that few days later, the first promo of the upcoming series in MADHOUSE and Marvel's Marvel Anime Series will be streamed... and I was right. Just recently, the official website of the upcoming X-Men anime has just posted its first trailer!
Following the death of a teammate, the X-Men are called together by Charles Xavier to travel to Japan following the abduction of Hisako Ichiki. There, they confront the U-Men, a lunatic cult that steals and transplants mutant organs to further strengthen their own army, and the battle for justice is on.
In the trailer, the prominent mutants that are seen are: Cyclops, Beast (pictured on the right), Professor X (top), Storm and Wolverine (pictured on the left) now back with his old hairdo. Based on the trailer, it seems that Cyclops will have much focus in this series. Hopefully, Logan would not steal the spotlight in this series! Come on, you had your own series, give the other mutants their own chance to shine!
