I so love the episode titles for this series! In this episode, we learn why an IMF (International Monetary Fund) agent named, Jennifer Sato is in the Financial District and we learn more how things work in the district.
The episode talks about Jennifer's job as an agent and how she observes the effects of the inflow of the Midas Money to the current economy and report it to her boss in IMF. If there is one thing that sums my thoughts about it, that would be would be what Mikuni said that he rather see the world stained with the Midas Money than see everyone suffering. seriously, if my understanding is correct, the whole Japanese economy will collapse once the Midas Money will be removed in the economy.
The episode also talks about how things work in the battles that happened in the Financial District and how every battle affects reality, which leads us to some people who went bankrupt in the District and decided to hang themselves at the end... which happened to Kimimaro's father after he lost in the District.
Overall, it was a good episode. Asides that they explored the concept of Financial District quite well and with Kimimaro's character and his relationship with Mikuni and his father. One of the main highlights of this episode is Jennifer's job and his conversation with his boss (her speaking in Engrish while his boss speaks in perfect English) in which Jennifer tried to reason out with him the possible effects of the money to reality.
