After we got the confirmation for the actual series and the confirmation of the first actress, D-BOY's Taito Hashimoto who plays Kamen Rider OOO's Kazari reveals in his blog that fellow D-BOY's member, Ryuki Takahashi will be Kamen Rider Fouze!
Unfortunately, his blog can only be viewed via Japanese mobile phones so there's no way we could view it and just wait for the actual confirmation. The said blog entry was later removed by his agency. Luckily, someone from 2ch posted the blog post and here it is:
Ryuki Takahashi's involvement with Kamen Rider Fouze was first mentioned by make-up artist, Masayuki Terata's blog in which he describes his role as: it's pretty much a national hero. Kamen Rider Fouze is said to use the "Rider Switch" to switch four of his body parts to change forms related to the previous Kamen Riders. The hero is rumored to be a high school student who is a member of an Occult Club's Kamen Rider Research Division that investigates the urban legend called, "Kamen Rider."
