Little Red Riding Hood... minus the hood.
In this episode, we learned how Ringo meet the wolf, I mean, Ryoko! My friends, this is a modern anime adaptation of the tale of The Little Red Riding Hood!
Intrigued in the events that happened in the previous episode, Ryoshi tried to asked Ringo about the guy they met in the previous episode which I don’t care what is his name since right now, he felt like a minor character but Ringo denied his request because she wants Ryoko to tell Ryoshi personality about that guy from last episode. Anyways, Ringo checked a photo album in which flashbacks on what happened in their middle school are revealed.
Ringo met Ryoko when she delivered a document to Ryoko since they live in the same dorm with her. Ringo… well, invited herself in Ryoko’s room in which we learned that she is sick and so, since that day, Ringo got interested on her which started their friendship. After this flashback, we learned the reason on why Ryoshi fell in love with Ryoko, he basically stalked her until he developed his feelings towards her thanks to her legs! O_O Nice, I mean, weird for a stalker, he has this fetish for slender legs.
At the end of the episode, Ryoshi tells Ryoko that he loves her with everyone at gym hearing it! Speaking of the gym, remember back in the first episode that the sign found in the gym was spelled as GIM and not GYM? In this flashback, we saw this.
What the heck?!
This episode was quite good. It basically tells us how Little Red Riding Hood tamed the wolf pretending her grandmother, I mean, the sick wolf and how the Hunter fell in love with the wolf with slender legs like that of a goat.
Aside from that, this episode partly continues the plot point left in the previous episode. From seeing the President and his cousin, Alice looking for information about that guy from the previous ep and Ryoko was kinda depressed on the events that happened on the previous episode and saw flashbacks on her past before moving in her current school. In addition, Ryoshi was curious about that guy. This is getting interesting.
Overall, the episode just tells us on how close Ryoko and Ringo are and partly tells us on why Ryoko is having this tough attitude while she being girly in the inside when no one is looking.
Ringo, the wolf bites!
