Korean Dragon Ball Film, Now Online!

Before there was Dragonball: Evolution, Korea made a live-action adaptation of Akira Toriyama's popular manga, Dragon Ball back in the 1990's! Simply called, Dragon Ball (드래곤볼) and also known as Ssawora Son Goku, Igyeora Son Goku (Trans. Fight Son Goku, Win Son Goku), has just been recently uploaded in YouTube!

To those who are wondering if it is as close as the original source, yes it is, closer than a certain abomination known as Dragonball: Evolution... with some minor changes of course. The prominent change in this Korean DB flick is that Nappa made his appearance and he never appeared in Emperor Pilaf's Arc which the film was based upon!

Anyways, here is the first part of the entire film. The uploader divided the film into 11 parts. I place the other 10 parts at the bottom of the part 1 video. In case you are wondering if it is subbed, nope, it isn't.

Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Part 6 | Part 7 | Part 8 | Part 9 | Part 10 | Part 11

So, what can you say about this film? To those who are wondering if there are other Dragon Ball film adaptations asides from this one, China also made one called, Dragon Ball: The Magic Begins. I am not sure if this one is uploaded on YouTube, but if it is, I might as well post it.

Special thanks to Josh of HJU for the tip!
