The first actual image of Kamen Rider OOO's Reptile Combo has just surfaced! Compared to its earlier leaked image, it doesn't have the Ouja-esque head design, instead the head design looks more like a turban.
Called Kamen Rider OOO Burokawani Combo, it is composed of the Cobra, Kame (Turtle) and the Wani (Crocodile) Core Medals owned by the Reptile Greeed rumored to be called, Rei. It is said that it will appear on the upcoming Kamen Rider OOO Summer movie.
According to the toy catalog, once the three Core Medals are placed on the OOODriver along with a special sound a special item will also appear. The catalog never revealed what kind of item is it. Asides from that, here are some more rumors for the TV show which includes events that will happen in the next few episodes.

While OOO is fighting in Tajadol Combo a black fog appears and wraps around the purple Core Medals, 5 of them flies towards Eiji and enters his body. When Eiji reverts back to human form, he collapses.
Maki takes the remaining Core Medals and the Pteradon Yummy is created which is slightly different from the one that appeared in Movie Wars CORE. Lastly, Date's illness starts to grow worse.
It was earlier hinted that Date might have met Eiji on one of his travels and just recently, rumors about an episode focusing about Eiji's past has just surfaced.

While traveling, Eiji managed to get involved in a civil war and met Date during that event. Eiji started becoming more and more unselfish after witnessing what happened during the civil war.
