Kamen Rider OOO: The End is Almost Here

With only 9 more episodes left for Kamen Rider OOO and Lost Ankh growing up, more info about his domination as the "supreme" Ankh is finally revealed, also based on the new info, it seems that Dr. Maki and Eiji is starting to mutate because of the purple Core Medals found in their bodies. And to top it all off, more info regarding the Summer movie!

Lost Ankh who seemed like a baby when he first showed, has started to grow slowly as he's hanging around the Greeeds. He has become a lot more assertive and is focusing on his other self. Kazari and the other Greeeds are suddenly reminded by the other Ankh after seeing Lost Ankh's sudden changes. The purple Core Medals are starting to eat Eiji from the inside. Will Maki become the dinosaur Greeed called Giru? Or will it be Eiji?

The two Ankhs have finally merged into one Ankh, but for some reason a part of the head is still missing. Meaning Ankh is far from complete. Ankh once said that the weaker Ankh would lose control of the body. Will Ankh regain full control? Or is it Lost Ankh? Also, could this mean that Ankh's 10 Core Medal still exist?

Also, here are the summaries for the upcoming episodes for the next five weeks:

Episode 40: The Control, the Birthday Party, & Disappearing Ankh
Now that Cous Cousier has been forcefully closed down, they have to celebrate Ankh's birthday by the river. But closing down Cous Cousier won't stop Chiyoko.

Shingo finally wakes up, but Ankh is absorbed by the other Ankh.

The Core Medals inside Eiji's body is starting to rampage, causing a big change with Eiji's body.

Another thing, here are some additional info about the upcoming Kamen Rider OOO: WONDERFUL Shogun and 21 Medals movie which reveals us other facts about a king and Gara. The king at that time was so afraid of Gara and the orange Core Medals. Thus, he decided to seal her away along with the medals. Could this king be the same as the one that was mentioned in Kamen Rider OOO Episode 30?! The one who gone berserk after absorbing all medals?

Cous Cousier was already having an Edo Fair, the group easily transitioned to the Edo era with their clothes. Meanwhile, the Nue Yummy was able to defeat OOO, when Eiji was trying to protect Hina. But at that time... Yoshimune arrives and tells Eiji to use the 3 medals he has.

In addition, Gara's monster form has been revealed. She calls herself the "true OOO". All the remaining leaked images and scans can be found in a collage below:

Kamen Rider OOO WONDERFUL: The Shogun & 21 Core Medals premieres on August 6th, back-to-back with Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger the Movie: The Flying Ghost Ship in Japan. And for those who are excited for the film but can't watch it since you are not in Japan, you can still watch the Hyper Battle Video!

Here's the first solid info about the upcoming Kamen Rider OOO HBV entitled, Quiz and Dance and TakaGaruBa. In the HBV, Hina finds the Kangaroo Medal but wants to use thus she challenges Eiji and Ankh to various quizzes and dances.

SIC Hero Saga - Kamen Rider W: Playback

Just like the previous Kamen Riders before him, Kamen Rider W will also has his own SIC Hero Saga treatment called, Kamen Rider W: Playback which commemorates the 40th Anniversary of the Kamen Rider franchise and surprise! Shotaro Ishinomori stars in this side story! Currently, two chapters of this story was translated.

Chapter 1: The Red Wind

It starts of with an introduction of Shotaro Ishinomori, how he made Cyborg 009 etc., and Shotaro Ishinomori is a character in this Hero Saga. Shotaro Ishinomori is just walking around in Futo. Futo Tower starts blowing a really strong wind, cars are flying and it's like hell on earth, but with wind instead of fire.

A young handsome man appears and says "Shotaro." The young man is called "Philip," Shotaro has no recollection of who this man is, but Philip is saying that the 2 of them are 1 Kamen Rider. Phillip takes out Double Driver and a Memory and tells Shotaro to transform. Shotaro Ishinomori takes the Joker Memory and transforms with the belt.

Chapter 2: The Man who Pointed Fingers

Shotaro, who went along with Philip, felt so surprised after transforming. Spending years in front of a desk wasn't good for his back. Yet, he felt like he was young again. He had so much energy. Although, one thing was bothering him. He wasn't happy with the fact that it wasn't completely green, why was the other half black.

Suddenly, Shotaro could hear Phillip's voice resounding in his head. "We need to get my body with the Revolgarry" he said. Shotaro refused, he insisted that a Rider shouldn't drive a car. "But Shotaro..." Phillip said. "We still have the HardBoilder."

Shotaro started explaining that this felt like the story of Don Quixote. When Philip hears this, he starts to realize that this Shotaro is a different Shotaro. The real Shotaro wouldn't mention something like that. But then a group of Masquerade Dopants appeared.

And since this SIC Hero Saga is still on-going, I better leave these words: to be continued...

Kamen Rider Fourze Press Conference, More About the Switches & Character Profiles

The press conference for Kamen Rider Fourze happened yesterday and asides from that, TV-Asahi's official website for Kamen Rider Fourze is opened today which includes the story (which we knew days ago), official character info and some details regarding each Switch!

Kamen Rider Fourze's transformation device is the Fourze Driver, a bulky belt which has four slots for his Astro Switches. Each Switch can affect Fourze's arms and legs and each of them represents the following: Right arm - Rocket, Right leg - Launcher, Left arm - Radar, and Left leg - Drill.


In the press conference, we get to see Fourze in action and here the belt's henshin sound which goes like, "3, 2, 1" then Gentaro will yell the word, "Henshin!" to tranform into this Rider. He then fights the monster and after the fight he said, "Argh! I am late!" Such a typical high school student.

Gentaro Kisaragi: The main character of the series, second year high school student who recently transferred to Amanogawa Academy. A bad boy rocking a short pompadour hairstyle. He declares that he will become friends with everyone in the school. He meets Kengo Utahoshi as if it was destined for them to meet. Gentaro receives the Fourze Driver and starts the Kamen Rider Club in school. He seems to be an idiotic character.

Kengo Utahoshi: The main character's partner, second year. A young man who had the mysterious switches and the key person to the whole story. His locker seems to be distorting space and he's somehow able to reach the moon base, "Rabbit Hatch" through the locker. He's also able to pull out the super bike "Machine Masshigura." He might be physically weak, but he has strong heart full of will.

Yuuki Joujima: The heroine of the story, second year. She's Gentaro's childhood friend. A bright and cheerful high school student, she refers herself as a "space nerd." She usually heads over to JAXA after school. JAXA is like some space thing in Japan. She's the only one that Kengo can actually trust, Kengo shared his secret about his special locker to her.

Miu Kazashiro: Third year. She's somewhat the queen of the school as she is a cheerleader also, the daughter of a rich family. Ever since she was born, she was always treated like the Queen Bee. No matter where she goes in school, her two sidekicks will always follow her. She's a beuatiful girl with pride.

Jun Daimonji: Third year. The captain of the American Football team. There's a hierarchy going on in Amanogawa Academy, with sports-oriented guys on the top and they are usually bullies, referred as jocks. Jun is standing on the absolute top.

Tomoko Nozama: First year. She's the goth girl with black make up under her eyes. She always brings her Tablet PC with her and has a weird laughter. She seems to fixate and obsess over various things, but the details are unknown.

JK (Jake): First year. Jake is the information provider of the school. He easily detects danger and is a coward who always runs away.

Sarina Sonoda: Gentaro's homeroom teacher and the teacher of classical literature. She's young and beautiful, every student loves her. Although, she has trouble with Gentaro and Kengo.

Chuuta Oosugi: The geography teacher. He's middle-aged man with bad looks and personality. No one seems to like him. He seems to be trying to get it with Sonoda, but it just won't happen.

The Man with Red Eyes: A mysterious man who caused some incident and has the Zodiarts Switches. He seems to have a connection with the school, but he's a complete mystery.

Also, Sota Fukushi who played Gentaro Kisaragi/Kamen Rider Fourze's Japanese Wikipedia entry states that he auditioned for Kamen Rider for his parents who are big Kamen Rider fans and when he told them that he got the role, his parents are freaking out and told their friends that their son is the new Rider! Kamen Rider Fourze will premiere on September 4th, replacing Kamen Rider OOO.

Forest, Adventure, Rescue with Space Pirates

After we saw the Abaranger, Zyuranger and Timeranger Grand Power this week, in the following weeks we will see more tribute episodes, in fact, we will have THREE tribute episodes! Also, new images for the upcoming Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger the Movie: The Flying Ghost Ship.

Episode 20: the Lost Forest
Navi tells the Gokaigers to search for the closed forests, Gai believes that Navi is talking about the Gingamen and they head to the Ginga Forest. It is later discovered that the treasure is the "Armor of Gingaman." Because the Gingaman fought the Barban, a group of space pirates thus they can't get along well with the Gokaigers who are also space pirates.

Hyuuga appears in front of them and tells Gai to give him the Gokai Cellular, he states that he can do a better job than Gai. Gai who has always adored Hyuuga is so shocked to hear such words. Basco arrives and is targeting the Gingaman's Grand Power.

Episode 21: the Heart of an Adventurer
The former BoukenRed and Chief called Satoru Akashi shows up!! Out of nowhere, Satoru is seen standing on the GokaiGalleon. He's trying to retrieve the precious "The Heart of Hades," but for that he needs help from the Gokaigers. But Zangyack and the Jaryuu clan are also after the Heart of Hades and it seems that this will cause Ryuuwon's revival.

Episode 22: The Promise from the Stars
The Action Commander Stargull appears.

Episode 23: Human Lives are the Future of Earth
Navi tells them to that, "kindness will lead to a meeting." Luka and Aihm who are out in town meet the paramedic, Matsuri Tatsumi, the former Go Pink of GoGo-V. In front of this veteran woman soldier, Luka and Aihm try and impress! Basco's monster, Firedroid Meran, appears! It is also said that Matoi aka Go Red might be appearing in this episode based in his blog entry which he mentions, "Gokai" and "I have transformed for a long time!" and posted a picture of the GoGo-V team.

Before going to the pictures for the Summer Movie, here's a rumor for the upcoming Hurricaneger tribute in which all three Hurricanegers namely, Yousuke Shima/Hurricane Red, Nanami Nono/Hurricane Blue and Kouta Bitou/Hurricane Yellow will star the episode!

Kamen Rider OOO's Kangaroo Finisher!

Here's a look on Kamen Rider OOO's finisher using the Kangaroo Medal in which he inserts in the middle slot of the OOODriver giving him boxing gloves. The said Medal can be acquired on an issue of Televi-kun Magazine. It can also be seen on the upcoming Kamen Rider OOO HBV: Quiz and Dance and TakaGaruBa!


The finisher named, Champion Puncher, OOO will first do some shadow boxing and using the Batta Legs will jump backwards before using the legs again for the second time to build up momentum and charge towards its enemy.

Kamen Rider Fourze Plot, Staff & Cast Revealed!

After getting rumors about the possible staff and cast members, Uchusen Magazine has just released (which was later posted on Sanshiki's blog who placed the "watermarks") the list of official cast members and staff along with the story of the upcoming 13th Heisei Kamen Rider Series and the 40th Anniversary Kamen Rider Series, Kamen Rider Fourze!

The High School Rider who is challenging the Universe is born!!

Kamen Rider Fourze is actually an experiment trying out two things, outer space and school drama. Gentaro Kisaragi, a new transfer student at Amanogawa Academy says "I will become friends with everyone" on his first day and creates the "Kamen Rider" club. That's how he came to know Kengo Kasei. Kenho is the first one to have the Fourze Driver but gives it to Gentaro which drastically changes his life.

Kamen Rider Fourze can insert different Astro Switches into the Fourze Driver to affect his legs and arms. Fourze will be completely different from the rest of the Riders and the magazine is not telling a lot as for the moment and only leaves us with questions such as, "Will he travel out to space with the Rocket Arm or something else?" and "What are Fourze's powers?"

It is said that the names of the secondary characters in the series are play on the names of the Showa Kamen Riders. For example, Kengo Kasei name can also be read as Kengo Utahoshi an anagram of Takeshi Hongo aka Kamen Rider 1. In Hayabusa Daimonji's case is a case of kanji swapped around to form the name, Hayato Ichimonji aka Kamen Rider 2. JK might mean Jin Keisuke aka Kamen Rider X and obviously, Nozama is just the name, Amazon rearranged.

Kamen Rider Fourze also celebrates the 50th Anniversary since Yuri Gagarin went to space. Yuri Gagarin is the first man who went into outer space. They basically want you to see Fourze as Yuri, since he's the first Rider to go out to space.

Gokaiger 17 - The Awesome Silver Man

In this episode that takes place after the events of the 199 Hero Great Battle (Wanna know what happened? The heroes won! Or if you want the full spoilers, go here.), after they defeated an army of Zangyack foot soldiers by using the Goseigers’ Grand Powers, they now search for an AMAZING man silver and they never expected that this guy in silver is the annoying guy who keeps on stalking them!

I know I am at least 2 weeks late but it is better late than never! Anyways, the fact that they established the 199 Hero Great Battle movie as canon makes things difficult for those who haven’t watched the film since we have to wait at least 3-6 months for the DVD and Blu-ray release of the movie, but here’s the point. The fact that they established the movie as canon gives us more reasons to watch the film asides from the nostalgia value it gives and the cameo of the past Sentai actors.

Now to the aftermath of the movie, the film established that they have unlocked 11 Grand Powers and we saw two of them, namely, the GorenGokaiOh and the All Header Great Charge, which leaves us 9 more powers to see. Because of this, we might have a slim chance of seeing nine tribute episodes due to their powers being unlocked but because of the scan of Akashi for Gokaiger and a rumored Go-Onger Gokai Machine, we might still see nine tribute episodes. In simple terms, French and Pinoy Sentai fans can still have their Bioman tribute!

Now to the actual episode, all I can say is, the Gokaigers need Gai! I mean he knows the franchise really well and based on the previous episodes, the Gokaigers are looking for something aimlessly since they don’t have a proper clue on what they are looking for and they have to depend much on luck just for them to find at least one past Sentai hero to teach them to learn their power. With Gai on the team, they will have a proper lead on what they are looking for (as seen on the scans for the Gingaman tribute) and thus, we will have more balanced screen time for each past actor in each tribute episode.

Now to the guy, Gai Ikari aka GokaiSilver, he is awesome. I don’t know why some people hated him but guys, it is still the first episode and we haven’t seen his mecha yet nor his capabilities out of suit! The fact that he is a Sentai fanboy and like most fans, he has this dream of an ideal Sentai team (as seen in his daydream) and wants to be hero is enough for me to like the guy. Now as GokaiSilver, I love that he incorporated every color for his solo roll call, it was funny and probably the longest roll call I heard in Super Sentai. As for his skills, no question about it, and as for the finisher, loved it due to how brutal and awesome it looked like.

Overall, for Gai’s first episode, he made quite a good impression on me due to him being the odd one from the rest of the Gokaigers which makes him stand out from the rest; a trademark of the Sixth Ranger title. Also, one thing to note in this episode is that we saw more of Oiles Gil’s competence as a leader as he actually made a plan that will work! Too bad, Gai noticed it and foiled the plan.

Tiger & Bunny 09 – Dragon Kid Time!

Dragon Kid is my least favorite heroes here in Tiger & Bunny due to her not being striking in terms of her appearances compared to Blue Rose. And so in this focus episode, Dragon Kid takes care of the mayor’s kid who apparently is a NEXT with telekinetic powers along with Tiger!

The episode follows a similar approach on the Origami Cyclone episode less Lunatic’s involvement in it, in which Tiger gets less screen time, Bunny is doing something or saying something about Ouroboros and the lead hero will dominate the episode, and it still has its charm in this one! On to the star on this episode, Dragon Kid, for starters, I was wondering on why she wears a jumpsuit that is similar to what Uma Thurman wore back in Kill Bill and what exactly her super power is; turned out to be that she is a tomboy and her power is electricity. Well that explains a lot on why she acted more like a boy in most of her appearances!

One thing I felt about the episode is that the episode felt like an episode on how to womanize Dragon Kid. At first, I find it stupid at first but at the end, I really enjoyed it, especially that she is taking care of a kid who is a NEXT that shows her dedication as a mother in case she will be one! More on Tiger in this episode, it seems that he is getting more close to his partner, Bunny as he learns more about his past and finally, all the heroes know that Tiger has a daughter, and Blue Rose is shocked about it, confirming that she admired Tiger!

The episode also focuses about family ties as Dragon Kid’s manager wants her to be more appealing by becoming more feminine starting by wearing the hair clip that her parents gave. I don’t find anything special about wearing a hair clip coming from your parents asides that it is their gift. But after the topic about flower language was brought up by one of the criminals this week, Dragon Kid at the end of the episode learned the meaning of the flower found in her clip and started wearing the said clip. The scene was very touching after they revealed what the flower on her clip means. Also, the scene about young Bunny receiving the toy robot was also quite touching as well.

Overall, a good character focus episode and is akin with the Origami Cyclone episode.

Kamen Rider Eternal RETURNS Event Report!

Just recently, the Kamen Rider W RETURNS: Kamen Rider Eternal live event happened and reports coming from 2ch has been reporting on what is happening during the event. Some of these reports might be real while of it might be some anon deciding to troll.

Take these with a grain of salt.

• The most memorable lines according to one of them were "I hate boobies! I hate boobies!" coming come Kyosui/future Luna Dopant and "Don't give me full-length pants!" coming from Reika/future Heat Dopant.

• Movie starts with W fighting Sweets Dopant. Mina shows up and the "Daido is hero" starts. It shows how NEVER was formed. The movie swaps back and forth between Mina talking with Shotaro and Eternal's story. At the end, Shotaro says "Maybe he was a Kamen Rider after all" and places a flower by the Futo Tower.

• Kazu is the one who is Red Flare. He uses the Eternal Memory, says something about it being incomplete, reverts back to human form and uses the Utopia memory. When Kazu is defeated, the other Foundation X members say "We still need you."

• Maria only appeared in the beginning. Reika's scenes were mostly about how she became a NEVER.

• While talking to Mina, Philip brings up the music box and a scene were Daido is throwing it is shown.

• The majority of the action scenes were out of suit.

• A preview of the cod-E ~E no Angō~ music video was shown. Rin Takanashi who plays Mina is in it, the SOPHIA members were dressed up as NEVER members as well. The song is the theme song for the V-Cinema.

• While Eternal is fighting Eyes Dopant, Daido says "This is the worst place possible. All I can think about is hell... Let's enjoy hell, then."

Tiger & Bunny Second Half Trailer

With Tiger & Bunny ending its first half last week, the third promo for the series has been released which includes mostly old footage and at the near end, some new footage and the new opening theme for the series.


The second half of the series takes place 10 months after the defeat of the famed NEXT, Jake Martinez by Barnaby Brooks, Jr. Now the duo being tagged as the "Super Tag Team" of the Hero World, they will face new obstacles, growing fame, new heroes, and new powers?!

The second half of Tiger & Bunny begins this July 3rd!

OOO Ends, Summer Movie and More Fourze Rumors

As Kamen Rider OOO is about to end and with Kamen Rider Fourze replacing him, more rumors surfaced about his upcoming cameo in the Kamen Rider OOO Summer Movie, Kamen Rider OOO: WONDERFUL Shogun and 21 Medals along with some rumors about the upcoming series itself!

But before with the major Fourze rumors, here are some rumors about Kamen Rider OOO which involves some show rumors and more OOO WONDERFUL rumors!

Take these rumors with a grain of salt.

• Lost Ankh absorbs Ankh, he fights Kamen Rider OOO PuToTyra Combo. Eiji manages to seperate the two Ankhs, but loses 2 purple Core Medals. Maki becomes half Greeed while Lost Ankh becomes nothing but medals. Uva comes back, more Greeed fighting.

Kamen Rider OOO WONDERFUL rumors:

• Kamen Rider OOO WONDERFUL is AU or alternate universe. BuraKaWani shows up halfway. And, by the powers of the medals, all the combos appear to fight Gara, while the mystery of the TaToBa Combo is revealed. So it is kinda similar with Hibiki's movie in which the history portion is canon while the events that happened in the present are AU.

• By the end of the summer movie, Kamen Rider OOO is fighting Gara's monster form. OOO is having trouble, a guy in a school uniform shows up and transforms. He is Kamen Rider Fourze.

• Kamen Rider OOO and Fourze manages to corner Gara, but she transforms into her complete form. Creates a space Yummy, Fouze and the Yummy goes out to space.

Also, here is the said sequence on how Fourze will appear in the said movie.

Eiji is having trouble fighting Gara and Kisaragi is standing there watching. Kisaragi transforms into Kamen Rider Fourze and instantly goes with a rocket punch. But Kisaragi isn't able to control Fourze properly, he flies all over the place before actually landing a punch.

He starts showing off some of his switches and powers up his arm. Kisaragi goes to Eiji, picks him up and throws him to Gara, landing on and crushing her. Suddenly, a girl calls Kisaragi and he says "Ah crap. I totally forgot the club activities." Kisaragi leaves and it's not explained what he was doing there.

Gara is lying there and is practically dead. She takes a couple of Core Medals and becomes a giant monster. Ankh manages to borrow a few Core Medals from the other Greeeds. Eiji goes Kamen Rider OOO GataKiriBa Combo, clones himself and he starts combo changing into the other forms.

Finally, here are the Fourze rumors that you are waiting to read!

• The story starts with an accident at Gentaro Kisaragi's school, Amanogawa (Trans. Milky Way) Academy. Gentaro is somewhat of an delinquent, thus the other classmates tends to not socialize with him. One day, a mysterious life form is born and causes monsters to be created from a space energy.

• A classmate's dying father created the belt.

• The producer is Hideaki Tsukada (Gekiranger, Dekaranger, Kamen Rider W). The writers are Riku Sanjo (Kamen Rider W, Digimon Xros Wars) and someone experienced with Super Sentai but have never written for Kamen Rider.
