After the confirmation of the next Heisei Kamen Rider, Kamen Rider Fouze, rumors about this new guy has surfaced the net and along with it, the confirmation of the first cast member of the said series!
First with the first cast member that is officially part of this series. The image that came from Love Berry Magazine in which they listed actress/model Fumika Shimizu's current projects include Kamen Rider Fouze which wasn't publicly announced yet.
The said actress is also in the same magazine with Miki Honoka, currently playing as Mezool's human form. We have previously reported that Ryuki Takahashi is rumored to play a new hero, most fans assumed that it will be Kamen Rider Fouze.
Also, here are more rumors about the new guy, take it with a grain of salt:
For those who are wondering when we will see the first scans and confirmed info about this new Rider, the first scans will be released in the middle of June and the complete list of cast members early in July.

- Kamen Rider Fouze is in OOO's summer movie: WONDERFUL Shogun & 21 Core Medals, similar to OOO's cameo in W FOREVER and W's cameo in All Riders vs. DaiShocker.
- Kamen Rider Fouze is called Kakeru, when sees OOO he goes "Holy sh*t! It's the real Kamen Rider OOO!" His sister suddenly calls him and tells him to go home.
- Kakeru has some sort of smartphone which has data on past Riders, kinda like Pokemon's PokeDex.
