Finally, a new boy has entered IS Academy! Or is it a girl dressed up as a boy? Either way, Houki is moved into a different room because of it and it is not happy with it. Also, Houki is starting to make her move and for the first time, Ms. Yamada shows off that she is more than just a busty, green haired, eyeglasses wearing and clumsy teacher!
Charles is one character that I easily suspected that he is actually a she for how he acts. I mean, he is too shy when Ichika hold his hand; he doesn’t want Ichika seeing him change his clothes, making me suspect that he is a she! What adds to it is that in the preview, they promised that Charles’ secret will be revealed! Could it be that he is actually a she?
One of the biggest surprises in this episode is Ms. Yamada’s skill. Since episode one, I was wondering how she ended up in IS Academy. It turned out that she is one a representative and never passed after it. Even with that, she proved to us that she can beat two girls with their own personal machines, and for that, you should not treat her as your average clumsy busty lady!
In this episode, we saw Houki finally making her move to impress Ichika and for her first try, she made it! As for Cecilia and Rin, it seems that they are having quite a problem with impressing Ichika. You see, Cecilia is bad in cooking even a simple sandwich while their teacher defeated the both of them!
Overall, asides that this episode ends with the introduction of Laura who hates Ichika because she can’t accept that he is Chifuyu’s younger brother, the girls to be exact, Houki is starting to their respective moves to impress Ichika… and he is still insensitive that three girls like him!
Like episodes 1 and 3, it is a new character introduction episode and like those episodes, it still has the same overall quality. My only disappointment is they never gave Laura a longer introduction but her brief encounter with Ichika gave me an idea with her personality, she’s cold.
