150-Word Reviews: Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children (Non-Gamer Perspective)

The first 150-Word Reviews was well received, and when I reposted it on JEFusion last time, it was also well received with some rather harsh comments. Since I am not that clear with the first one, here’s how this thing works (Which I forgot to mention from the start!).

I will review titles that are in its extremes, namely, extremely bad titles and extremely good titles within 150-Words. It doesn’t limit to movies but to TV shows, books and etc. Other planned 150-Word Reviews include, Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie and the Gamer’s Perspective this review, which I will review in a non-gamer’s perspective since I thought, it would be fun to do it that way! Anyways, here’s Final Fantasy VII: The Advent Children… in 150 words or less!

Note: I am doing these reviews for fun. So don't take much of it seriously. Its kinda like ThatGuyWithTheGlasses.com's 5 Second Movies, except this is 150 words or less!

So the film is about a guy who is being hunted by his past that wields a giant sword and is now delivering goods? Interesting. The fights were good, the CGI was eye candy and the plot was… the plot was… weird.

Seriously, those three silver haired guys are after for a box with some weird liquid inside and use kids as their slaves or something?! What’s with that?! And once they had the box, they can use it to turn into some weird guy that wields a long sword? And it still bothers me, what’s with the reinforcements at the end that never participated much in the final battle? I mean, come on! The film’s focus was good before they arrive! I mean, their only use in the film was fan service?! What the hell! Overall, watch this film if you are an FFVII fan. Period.
