After seeing Kamen Rider W FOREVER, I know everyone is hyped up to see the origin of the terrorist group, NEVER, especially Daido Katsumi. In Kamen Rider W RETURNS: Kamen Rider Eternal, we will see his heroic past and the battle dubbed as "evil vs evil."
Foundation X's Jun Kazu returns in the V-Cinema as the Utopia Dopant. Just like in the TV series, Foundation X's role is to fund an organization, in this case a group called, Quarks. The currently revealed members of this organization are: Prospect (played by Junichi Haruta) and Lloyd (played by Sho Tomita). Interesting to note that these two are past Super Sentai actors namely, DynaBlack/GoogleBlack and AbareBlue respectively.
Asides from these two past Super Sentai actors, Rin Takahashi who once played Mako Shiraishi/ShinkenPink will appear in this film as Miina, an experimental Super Soldier with ESP powers who tells Shotaro and Philip about Katsumi Daido's heroic past before he was corrupted into the current state that we saw on W FOREVER.
Kamen Rider Eternal Red Flare and Eyes Dopant will debut in the V-Cinema. Red Flare doesn't use the Eternal T2 Memory and this Red Flare is just a "trial product." The T2 Memory actually draws out the full potential of the Eternal which is actually called, Blue Flare.
