With TV5 Animega’s absence, it seems that their TV5 Kids block is getting a lot of exposure (Especially Ben 10). Along with it, some anime titles that are considered as youth oriented are set to return to TV5.
First, we have the return of Midori no Makibaou which was renamed as plainly Makibaoh this July 1 at 9am. Yes, that donkey-horse crossbreed returns. To those who remembered, it is one of those shows that did quite a great job in terms of ratings back then on the 10:30am timeslot and on its weekend rerun.
Another title returning on TV5 is Azumanga Daioh. To those who remembered, it had a rerun a couple of months ago along with Yatterman (2008)’s parallel broadcast but the rerun was cut short. Azumanga Daioh returns this July 10, at 11am on TV5 Kids.
